GUIDED – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Guided by Studio Giana. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.
1. OVERVIEW
Guided is a service offered by Studio Giana that helps individuals understand how they're built and design a way of being that's aligned with who they are. This includes:
• Guided Session (Virtual): A 90-minute, one-on-one conversation held over Zoom, rooted in Human Design. We look at how you're wired, how you make decisions, and how your environments and choices either support or work against who you actually are.
* Guided Session (Select Cities): The same depth as the virtual session, held in person in a space selected specifically for you. By using or booking either service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. SERVICES & SCOPE
Guided Sessions are 90-minute, one-on-one conversations rooted in Human Design. Sessions are conversational and reflective in nature. They do not include visual design boards, sourcing links, space planning deliverables, or any tangible design outputs. Studio Giana does not manage installation, contractors, or procurement under the Guided offering. These sessions are consultative in nature.
3. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Guided Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so through the confirmation email or by contacting guided@studiogiana.co.
4. CLIENT INPUT & ACCURACY
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, including:
• Honest responses to intake questions
• Birth data (date, time, location) for Human Design-based insight, if applicable
Any errors in provided information may impact the accuracy or usefulness of the session. Studio Giana is not responsible for outcomes based on incomplete or inaccurate input.
5. PERSONAL DATA
In providing services, we may collect personal and birth-related information to customize your session. This may include:
• Full name
• Email and phone number
• Lifestyle preferences or current life context
• Birth date, time, and location (for Human Design interpretation)
This information is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of preparing and delivering your session. See the Privacy Policy for more.
6. LIMITS OF SERVICE
• Guided is a consultative offering and does not include:
• In-person design work or construction oversight
• Permit or zoning research
• Contractor management or hiring Procurement or ordering services
• Real estate or legal advice
• Medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice
Any recommendations are meant to support the client's self-understanding and personal growth — not to replace licensed professional services.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All frameworks, materials, and approaches used or created by Studio Giana as part of the Guided offering are the intellectual property of Studio Giana. They may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or redistributed without written consent. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use any session notes or materials for personal use only.
8. SESSION RECORDINGS & CONFIDENTIALITY
Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties. All conversations are held in confidentiality. Studio Giana does not disclose session content, personal data, or personal details without your permission, except where required by law.
9. DISCLAIMERS
• Human Design insights are offered as interpretive tools for self-awareness and personal growth. They are not predictive or diagnostic.
• Session guidance is based on the information provided and the practitioner's interpretation. Results may vary.
• Studio Giana is not responsible for how suggestions are applied or interpreted once delivered.
10. LIABILITY
Studio Giana is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:
• Use of guidance or insights shared in sessions
• Misuse or misinterpretation of Human Design frameworks
• Client decisions made post-session
• Technical failures or booking platform issues
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.
11. TERMINATION
Studio Giana reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time due to misalignment, disrespectful behavior, or inappropriate conduct. Clients may also terminate services in writing. In such cases, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation falls within the eligible time frame outlined above.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
These terms may be updated without prior notice. The most current version will be posted at studiogiana.co, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

4. HUMAN DESIGN & BIRTH DATA
If you choose to include your Human Design birth data, it will be used solely to generate insights that support your Guided Session. This data is never shared, stored in any third-party tool without encryption, or used beyond the context of your session.
5. STORAGE & SECURITY
All data is securely stored in our internal scheduling, communication, and project management tools. Access is limited to the Studio Giana team and select collaborators under NDA or confidentiality agreement. We use secure passwords, two-factor authentication, and encrypted platforms to store client data. While no system is completely immune to risk, we take your privacy and safety seriously.
6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may use trusted third-party tools to manage bookings, payments, communications, and digital delivery. These tools include but may not be limited to:
• Calendly (scheduling)
• Google Workspace (email communication)
• Flodesk or similar (optional newsletter signups)
• Google Analytics (website performance monitoring)
All third-party platforms used adhere to modern data protection standards.
7. COOKIES & WEBSITE TRACKING
We use cookies and pixels to collect anonymized data about how visitors interact with our website. This helps us understand which pages are most useful and how to improve the site experience.
